Holiday Lights Paddle Parade floats the Deschutes

Colorful lit displays on kayaks, canoes and standup paddleboards floated the Deschutes River at Bend's Old Mill on Friday evening, an annual display hosted by Tumalo Creek Kayak and Canoe.
