ODOT eyes permanent 45 mph limit on Hwy. 20 east of Bend

The Oregon Speed Zone Review Panel on Feb. 19 will review ODOT’s proposal to make permanent a 45 mph speed limit on Hwy. 20 east of the Hamby-Ward roads intersection, which was lowered two years ago.
