Downtown Bend restaurants get OK to expand onto sidewalks, parking spots

Two Bend restaurants, 900 Wall and neighbor Joolz, are among the first to get city approval for use of sidewalk and parking areas for expanded seating with physical distancing due to COVID-19 pandemic public health guidelines.
