Grand opening for Deschutes County Stabilization Center

The Deschutes County Sheriff's Office and county Health Services held a formal ribbon-cutting and grand opening Wednesday for the county's new Stabilization Center, which can help those dealing with behavioral health or addiction crises avoid jail or the hospital ER.
