State OKs Twin Lakes, Prineville Reservoir proposals

The State Marine Board has approved rules to let people with disabilities operate motor boats at slow, no-wake speeds on North and South Twin Lakes, The board also agreed to open rule-making for a slow, no-wake zone on Prineville Reservoir, as requested by the Crook County Sheriff's Office and state park officials.
