Deschutes County commissioner, sheriff, treasurer sworn in

New Deschutes County Commissioner Phil Chang was sworn into office Monday, as was re-elected Sheriff Shane Nelson and Treasurer Greg Munn, at a small, socially distanced ceremony at the Deschutes County Expo Center in Redmond.
