Two C.O. HS students receive major NROTC scholarships

Crook County High senior Elizabeth Barker received a $200,000 nursing scholarship from the Naval Reserve Officer Training Corps at a special ceremony on Wednesday. She and Sisters High student Mary Root are two of only 13 nationwide to receive the honor.
