BEND, Ore. (KTVZ)-- Plans for a new food truck lot on Taft Avenue off Third Street have begun. KTVZ News obtained plans from the City of Bend showing a new development behind Pinky G's Pizzeria. The Tafthouse would turn a once-family home into a bar with outdoor seating and five food carts. KTVZ News asked the applicants when the bar may break ground but has not yet heard back.
