Playing through: Dozens of elk on the move at Sunriver golf course
SUNRIVER, Ore. (KTVZ) -- Paul Evenson shared this scene with us of some "traffic congestion" at a golf course in Sunriver around 7 a.m. Friday morning.
Evenson said the scene was on a main street near Sunriver Village, and "they were walking between the 13th and 12th hole on The Meadows course."
"As a side note, they haven’t been on the course much this year," he said, "so this was somewhat rare. My initial guess is around 30-40" were in the herd.
