DCSO Deputies honor fallen Washington state trooper

WASHINGTON (KTVZ)-- Officers from the Deschutes County Sheriff’s Office joined law enforcement agencies from across the Northwest this past weekend to honor a Washington State Trooper killed in the line of duty.

Deputies Thompson and Carkhuff represented DCSO at the memorial service, standing beside fellow officers to pay tribute to the Trooper’s service and sacrifice.

The Sheriff’s Office shared that their thoughts remain with the Trooper’s family, friends, and the Washington State Patrol during this difficult time.
