A slight chance for snow is still in the forecast

Happy Wednesday, Central Oregon!

The Wednesday night sky will be partly cloudy, with lows in the teens and 20s, resulting in a frosty Thursday morning.

We will see more sunshine Thursday, but we won't warm up to more than the mid 40s to mid 50s. Winds will be much lighter, out of the north.

Friday's highs will be in the mid to upper 50s, with lows a touch warmer, in the low 30s. A chance of rain will become a slight chance for snow overnight, as lows dip to freezing and below.

Much of Central Oregon could wake up to a little snow Saturday morning. Rain and snow showers will break up by early afternoon, but very cold temperatures will be left behind.

Saturday's highs will be around 40 degrees and Sunday in the mid 30s. Lows will drop into the teens over the weekend.

We will see more sunshine and a modest warming trend going into next week.
