Winter-like conditions will remain with us through the weekend

The winter feel that we have been dealing with for the past week will continue. The region is still going to see off and on snow, nothing major is expected, but the persistence of the snow will be present until at least Monday.

We may see the Advisory for the Cascades be extended or "re-issued" for Saturday and Sunday.

Temperatures will only hit the 30s Saturday and Sunday, and may drop into the teens overnight Saturday into Sunday, and Sunday into Monday.

Icy roads my also be an issue each night as the snow may melt on area roads, then re-freeze in the bitter cold night air.
