Warm pattern through the weekend

Good morning!

An upper ridge is moving into the Pacific Northwest bringing us dry conditions and a warming trend. We can also expect some relatively light winds.

We're heating up into the 80s starting today across most of the region. These warmer temperatures will continue for the next several days as dry, warm air dominates our area.

We're keeping an eye on the Darlene 3 Fire which has consumed nearly 4000 acres. Winds are expected to come from the north, west, or northwest over the next few days, which will help keep the fire away from populated areas and push the smoke east and southeast.

We’re expecting more clouds on Saturday, but we shouldn’t be seeing any rain. The skies will clear tomorrow night allowing Sunday to be sunny and warm.

Stay safe out there.
