Nearly normal temperatures all week with dry conditions by Wednesday

We are starting this week much calmer, normal weather for this time of year. Temperatures will be in the low to mid 40s. Lows tonight in the 20s. Skies will be overcast, with the chance for some rain and snow.

We will be mostly dry for the first part of the day with expected showers around lunchtime. Rain will be light, but persistent through the evening. Most of the precipitation will fall in Deschutes and Crook County while Jefferson County will see less.

As temperatures drop into the night, rain will turn to snow and a wintry mix. Accumulation will be little to none for most, with the possibility of a 1-3” inches south of Bend and east of Prineville, into the Ochoco Forest. The Cascades could receive another half foot of snow by tomorrow morning.

There is a chance for an early morning snow to linger into Tuesday, but the rest of the day will just be cloudy.

The remainder of the week looks dry and quiet. We’ll see bluer skies return as temperatures sit right around normal, in the low to mid 40s. Your Thanksgiving holiday will be cool and dry–perfect sweater weather.

Happy Monday, have a great week!
