Misty start today before we dry out for the remainder of the work week
Light showers and lingering moisture overnight will make for a slightly soggy, misty morning. Our afternoon, however, will clear up nicely. The sun should break up the clouds by this afternoon. Highs will hit the mid 40s to lower 50s today but it will feel cooler due to the moisture in the air and breezy conditions. Gusts will be around 20mph this afternoon and slightly more robust as you’re stepping outside early this morning.
We should remain dry the rest of the work week with a ridge of high pressure overhead. Highs will be in the 40s and 50s under partly cloudy skies.
The pattern changes this weekend. Rain begins on Saturday and wet weather takes over. Due to more mild temperatures, the sky will drop mostly rain, with the chance for a few flakes here and there but nothing that will accumulate.
A few waves of rain will pass by, so you can expect off and on rain beginning Saturday and continuing through Christmas. Right now, Christmas looks mostly dry, but probably a little soggy from the rainy days prior. It appears you’ll have to hit the slopes if you’re looking for a white Christmas. I’ll continue to track the future rain and snowfall for your holiday plans.
Happy Wednesday and have an amazing day today!
