Heavy snowfall today has resulted in several school closures for Monday. You can find the list of those here but make sure to tune in to our morning newscast for additional updates.

The Winter Storm Warning for the east slopes of the Cascades, including Sunriver, La Pine, Camp Sherman, and Sisters, has been extended until 5am Monday. The NWS is forecasting additional snow accumulations of two to four inches.

The Winter Weather Advisory for Bend, Madras, Redmond, and Prineville has been canceled, with little additional snowfall expected.

Temperatures are dropping into the 20s and 30s. We may see some lingering snow showers overnight along with patchy freezing fog. This can reduce visibility and create black ice on roadways. Please drive carefully on these icy and slick roads!

Expect partly cloudy skies on Monday with highs in the mid 40s. A few spotty showers are possible. Don't forget to wear your green tomorrow!

We'll see drier conditions on Tuesday as a high pressure system moves in. A few systems will roll in later this week, bringing more rain and snow to the area.

Highs will top out in the 40s to 50s this week.
