Dry Tuesday, mild pattern

KTVZ-TV

BEND, Ore. (KTVZ) - High pressure will remain in control this week, keeping weather conditions quiet and fairly mild across the region.

If you’re heading out early, expect a chilly start, but you may want to shed that heavier jacket later today as temperatures warm up.

Highs will reach the mid to upper 50s this afternoon which is above the typical mid 40s for early February.

Wednesday looks to be the warmest day of the week, with some spots expected to reach 60 degrees.

Dry and sunny weather will make this a great week to get outside, though it’s not the best setup for snow sports.

Changes arrive late in the week as the ridge of high pressure begins to weaken.

Clouds will start to increase on Saturday, and showers chances increase by Super Bowl Sunday, bringing an end to the dry stretch. Expect rain with a chance of wintry mix.

Enjoy the rest of your Tuesday!
