Local Alert Weather – Mon. PM

KTVZ

Happy October, everyone!

Now it feels like fall! Temperatures were a little below average today, we saw clouds, breezy conditions, and a few light showers.

Tonight we’ll see isolated showers across Central Oregon and overcast skies. Winds will peak around 15 miles per hour. Overnight expect lows to dip into the low to mid 40s, which is about 10 degrees above average for some locations.

We wake up to clouds and some spotty rain showers, so I would grab a coat with a hood just to be safe. Temperatures will be in the low to mid 40s. We’ll see mostly cloudy to overcast skies throughout the morning. Skies will break up during the afternoon so we will see some sunbreaks, and we have a slight chance for showers in the evening.

A clearing trend overnight into Wednesday will set us up for sunny skies. Wednesday will be mostly sunny, but chilly. Temperatures will be in the upper 50 and low to mid 60s to round out the week.

We’re expected to be dry through Friday when the next system could bring showers our way. This weekend also has a few chances for showers on Saturday. Sunday is looking dry as of now. Temperatures will be well below normal in the upper 50s and lower 60s.
