Fitch still expressing concerns to fellow Redmond councilors
Redmond City Councilor Ed Fitch attached another letter to Tuesday night's meeting's agenda and again voiced governance concerns, a week after a heated exchange with Mayor George Endicott.
Endicott later informed NewsChannel 21 that Fitch's claim that councilors cannot speak at council committees was incorrect.
Endicott pointed to a section in the council rules that says the city council liaison should give a report to the committee on relevant council activities. The mayor also said "I am always accommodating" when a councilor asks to speak during a council workshop.
