Kim Tobin

Weekend anchor/reporter, NewsChannel 21

Kim Tobin joined KTVZ/KFXO in August 2010 as a reporter and weekend news anchor and producer. Before moving to Oregon, Kim spent most of her life in Phoenix, Arizona and is happy to still be in a desert.

Kim graduated magna cum laude from Arizona State University, where she attended the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication. She graduated with a degree in Broadcast Journalism and a minor in Communication.

During her time at the Cronkite School, she reported and anchored for the student newscast, Cronkite NewsWatch on PBS. In Phoenix, she also interned for KNXV ABC 15, where she was able to work alongside Emmy award-winning journalists and producers.

Kim is excited to start her broadcast career in Central Oregon. In her free time, she enjoys reading, hiking, shopping, dining out, movies and traveling.
