Home health, hospice now under St. Charles name

As of Jan. 1, Pioneer Memorial Hospice-Prineville and Mountain View Home Health and Hospice services began operating under the names St. Charles Home Health and St. Charles Hospice. The change is being made to promote collaboration between the facilities.

The combined programs will offer comprehensive, coordinated home health and hospice care to residents in Crook and Jefferson counties. The change will include the consolidation of administrative offices and help streamline workflow.
