Idaho SUV crash kills Prineville woman

A 20-year-old Prineville woman was killed Sunday when she lost control of her SUV on a forest road in central Idaho and it overturned, throwing her to the ground, Idaho State Police said.

Megan M. Lyle died of her injuries while en route to the hospital after the crash of the 1987 Toyota 4-Runner, troopers said

It occurred around 1:15 p.m. on a curve on Forest Service Road 234, near Red River Road, south of Elk City in Idaho County, the agency reported.

Passenger Nathan Manfull of Culdesac, Idaho, who was not thrown from the SUV, was treated for minor injuries and released, troopers said.
