No NBC Nightly News Sunday evening

Please be advised that, contrary to TV programming guides, there will be no ‘NBC Nightly News’ at 6:30 p.m. on Sunday, due to the network’s schedules.

NBC pre-empts their evening network newscasts on occasion when weekend sporting events extend beyond 6:30 p.m. Eastern time. These decisions often are made too late to appear in on-screen programming guides or other TV schedules.

Instead of the network news, we will have a special edition of NewsChannel 21 at Six at 6:30 p.m., repeating our 6 p.m. newscast for those who might have missed all or part of it. We regret any convenience.
