Team registrations open for 10th annual Trivia Bee
The Education Foundation for Bend-La Pine Schools is excited to bring you its annual Trivia Bee. This year is our 10 th anniversary of the event and promises to be bigger and better than ever.
Generously sponsored by Earth2O and SGA CPA & Consultants this trivia challenge will take place on Saturday, March 14 th at the Tower Theatre in beautiful downtown Bend. Doors will open at 6 PM with live music and delectable appetizers provided by a number of local restaurants (please note that this is a 21 & over event).

Up to 49 three-person teams will be vying for bragging rights as the masters of minutiae. Last year, after many head-scratching questions and hard-fought rounds,~the Rotary Club of Greater Bend “Agrarian Rotarians”~emerged victorious.
Sign up your team this year to show them who really knows trivia. You can also enjoy the event from the anonymity of your seat as an audience member. Tickets for spectators are $21 each and available now at www.towertheatre.org.
The Trivia Bee is the signature fundraising event for the Education Foundation for Bend-La Pine Schools, a nonprofit 501(c)3 organization with the mission of preparing our students for success and the future through exceptional educational and extracurricular opportunities.
Thanks to generous donor support, we have invested nearly $2,000,000 in our schools through Classroom Grants and Activity Fee Scholarships since 2003. Last year, the Trivia Bee garnered nearly $45,000 to help fund Classroom Grants for district teachers and students to implement innovative programs.
We will be celebrating our 10 th anniversary of the event with food and fun and by highlighting a sample of such Classroom Grants for the audience. There have been many impressive classroom projects funded by the Trivia Bee. The Foundation would like to showcase their impacts and benefits for students in Bend-La Pine over the years!
