o 30-year annuity = over $11.1 million per year (after Federal and State withholding taxes)

o Consider putting together a trusted “team” consisting of a lawyer, financial planner and accountant
o Call the Lottery office
o The winner has one year from the date of the ticket’s drawing to validate the winning ticket
* The drawing is at 7:59 PM every Wednesday and Saturday . Players are able to buy tickets until 7 PM on drawing nights.
* Oregon is one of 46 lottery jurisdictions who offer Powerball.
* There have been four Oregon Powerball jackpot winners
