DCSO finds owner of wandering goat
The Deschutes County Sheriff’s Office has found for the owner of a goat found wandering in the area of Spring River Road earlier this week.
Lt. Deron McMaster earlier had said deputies responded shortly before 2 p.m. Monday to the report of a goat wandering at large near Spring River Road.
The goat was taken into custody and transported to a shelter.
Anyone who had information on the goat or the goat’s owner was asked to contact McMaster. He said later Wednesday that the owner of the goat had been located and the two would be reunited soon.
A photo was not released, nor a description, to better ascertain the goat’s real owner.
