St. Charles seeking community grant applications
St. Charles Health System’s Community Benefit department is pleased to announce that 2016 grant applications are now available.

Along with the release of the 2016 grant applications, St. Charles will also provide access to the tri-county data used in the development of the Community Health Needs Assessment’s via the website: http://www.stcharleshealthcare.org/Healthy-Communities/CHNA.
After assessing the data, analyzing other criteria and ensuring alignment with our mission and vision, the following community needs have been selected as strategic priorities for 2013-2016 for all four communities served by St. Charles Health System:
Childhood preventive health and education
Obesity
If you feel your organization’s programs or services meet the priority areas listed above and would like to apply for funding, please visit http://www.stcharleshealthcare.org/Healthy-Communities/Community-Health-Department/Community-Benefit-Task-Force and follow the application instructions.
Applications are due to the Community Benefit department no later than Friday, Jan. 15. Please contact Carlos Salcedo, community strategies educator, at cosalcedo@stcharleshealthcare.org with any questions.
Please note: Community Benefit contributions are separate from those granted by St. Charles Foundation and the St. Charles Communications and Marketing department.
