Bend Veterans Day Parade seeking entries
Coming up in November is Bend’s 18th Annual Veterans Day Parade! This has become a cherished event honoring U.S. Armed Forces veterans and military service members.
The Veterans Day Parade Committee of the Bend Chamber is seeking veterans, schools, bands , and businesses to participate in the Saturday, November 11th parade, which will be at 11 a.m. in downtown Bend.
Interested participants must register at a planning meeting on Monday . The meeting will begin at 6 p.m. at the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 1643, 1503 N.E. 4th St. Registration is free.
