(Update: Missing man found, is okay)

The Deschutes County Sheriff’s Office asked the public for assistance Saturday in helping find a missing and endangered 82-year-old Bend dementia patient who may be on the road to Idaho or Washington. They said later in the morning he’d been found and was alright.

Stanley Lorimor went missing Saturday morning and last was seen driving a silver 2013 Kia Sorrento, Oregon license plate 663 HVK, said sheriff’s Sgt. Jayson Janes.

Janes said in late morning that Lorimo had been located and was okay. No further details were released.

Janes had said Lorimor could be en route to Buhl, Idaho, a town near Twin Falls. He also has ties to the Clallam Bay area in northwest Washington.
