KTVZ

An 18-year-old Redmond resident was arraigned Friday on a 26-count indictment alleging he sexually and physically abused three young victims over the past 3 1/2 years.

Seth Anthony Cluff was arrested two weeks ago and by Bend police and appeared in court by video from the Deschutes County Jail, where he’s been held on $300,000 bail.

A county grand jury handed down a 26-count indictment on Friday, accusing Cluff of sex abuse, assault, unlawful use of a weapon and unlawful delivery of marijuana to children, among other crimes.

Along with the abuse charges, Cluff is accused of cutting one victim with a cut soda can and throwing a hammer at the child’s face. He also allegedly used a lighter to burn another victim’s stomach.

Cluff is scheduled to enter a plea to the charges on Nov. 13.
