Local Alert Weather, Thu. AM, 5.3.18
Good Thursday Morning, Everyone…
A weak storm system centered well off in the Pacific will spin a little moisture into the Pacific NW today. Central Oregon may see some high, thin clouds as a result, but no chance of rain from those clouds. Highs will be well above average, in the upper 70’s to low 80’s, with gentle NW breezes at 5-10 mph. Slightly breezier this evening then breezes become light & variable. Partly cloudy tonight with lows in the 40’s.
The rest of the work week and into Saturday looks to be very pleasant. As that storm center advances on the west coast we will see the clouds thicken Sunday and deliver a chance of some pop-up thunderstorm activity. This will break up Sunday night and the new work week will start out under some pretty fair conditions. The next storm system presses in toward the middle of the week. It will bring cooler temps and a chance of showers beginning Wednesday.

HAVE A SPARKLING DAY IN CENTRAL OREGON!
