KTVZ

Good Tuesday Morning, Everyone…

As high pressure moves in and gains strength we will see our skies stay sunny and daytime highs challenging our record high of 91 set on this date in 1986. If you get any breeze at all it will tend to be very light and generally out of the north. Skies will stay pretty clear tonight. Overnight lows will only dip into the 50’s and those light breezes will calm this evening; staying calm through the night.

Highs will be in the low 90’s again Wednesday. A little moisture will move in over these hot temperatures and that combination will give us a chance of seeing some pop-up thunderstorm activity developing later in the day. That chance will stay with us into the evening and then dissipate when we lose our daytime heating. That will leave us under mostly to partly cloudy skies Wednesday night. Lows will be in the 50’s . What few clouds we see Thursday morning will be pretty much gone by mid-day. Highs will climb into the upper 80’s . We will see plenty of sunshine through Friday and the coming weekend. Highs will be in the mid 80’s ; about 10 degrees above average. Overnight lows will be in the upper 40’s to low 50’s .
