RENO, Nev. (AP) — Rupert Murdoch and his four children are in Nevada where they’re scheduled to return to court Tuesday at an evidentiary hearing that could decide who control’s Murdoch’s media empire after his death. The proceedings before probate commissioner began behind closed doors in Reno on Monday. The New York Times reported based on a sealed court document that Murdoch last year moved to change the terms of his irrevocable family trust. The Times reported it was part of a bid to ensure that his eldest son, Lachlan, remains in charge of his cadre of newspapers and television networks. It includes The Wall Street Journal and Fox News Channel.
