Deschutes DA Gunnels explains why no criminal charges were filed in fatal NW Bend pedestrian crash

Deschutes County District Attorney Steve Gunnels talked to us Tuesday about why no criminal charges were filed in connection with a northwest Bend vehicle-pedestrian crash last September that claimed the life of Daniel Heun, saying that while it was "a horrible tragedy," an investigation determined no crime was committed.
