Hayden Homes receives prestigious Avid Award for home buyer satisfaction, customer service
REDMOND, Ore. (KTVZ) — Hayden Homes is proud to announce that three of the company’s regional divisions have been awarded the prestigious 2024 Avid Benchmark Award for excellence in home buyer satisfaction, including Greater Spokane and North Idaho, South Idaho and South Washington regions.
The Avid Awards set the standard for exemplary customer service in the home building industry and honor home builders who achieve the highest scores on Avid’s detailed customer New Home Move-In Experience survey, which is taken from the first 90 days of homeownership. This year, 462 home builders were evaluated using data from January to December 2023.
To receive an Avid Award, each winning builder must achieve a score within or above the top 25th percentile across their US-based counterparts, including some of the largest publicly traded NYSE/NASDAQ builders, North America’s largest private builders, and hundreds of small volume and custom builders from coast to coast.
