BEND, Ore. (KTVZ) – The Skjersaa Group is mourning the loss of its founder, Terry Skjersaa, and his wife, Renee, who were beloved figures in the Central Oregon community. The couple’s passing has left a profound impact on the local real estate industry and the community at large.

Jason Boone, a longtime partner with the Skjersaa Group, expressed his grief in a statement, calling the loss “incomprehensible.”

“It is with profound grief that we share the incomprehensible loss of our founder, Terry Skjersaa, and his beloved wife, Renee,” Boone said. “For more than 20 years, I’ve had the privilege of working with Terry to build a local real estate business through hard work, relationships, and the belief that there is never a wrong time to do the right thing—even if it sometimes affected the bottom line.”
