Lake County sheriff’s deputies conduct raid, arrest four people in ongoing burglary investigation

CHRISTMAS VALLEY, Ore. (KTVZ) -- The Lake County Sheriff's Office has arrested four people following an investigation into several reported burglaries throughout the county last month, including a stolen vehicle, which led to a weekend raid on a property in Christmas Valley.

After the stolen vehicle was recovered on Dec. 27, the owner found several items in it that turned out to be from a separate burglary, deputies said. That led to an expanded investigation.

On Saturday, deputies executed a search warrant in the 88000 block of Christmas Valley Highway. During the search, several additional items of stolen property were recovered.

Miguel Gallardo was arrested and charged with various offenses, including unauthorized use of a vehicle, possession of a stolen vehicle, theft in the second degree and multiple counts of burglary in the first degree.

Amanda Ros also faces multiple charges, including unauthorized use of a vehicle, possession of a stolen vehicle, theft in the second degree and four counts of burglary in the first degree.

William Havens was charged with first-degree burglary, theft in the third degree and theft by receiving in the second degree, while Aries Gaber was charged with theft by receiving in the second degree as well.

The Lake County Sheriff's Office expressed gratitude to those who cooperated with the investigation and emphasized the importance of reporting suspicious activities.

The investigation remains ongoing, deputies said, as more details may emerge. The public was encouraged to remain vigilant and report any suspicious activity to local authorities.
