REDMOND, Ore. (KTVZ) -- From safety on Highway 97 to the Leash Law at Dry Canyon Park, NewsChannel 21's Kelsey Merison and Matthew Draxton asked Redmond Mayor Ed Fitch your pressing questions Thursday morning at the debut of our monthly Redmond segment.
