GEORGE TOWN, Cayman Islands — Led by Emmanuel Akot’s 14 points, the Western Kentucky Hilltoppers defeated the Illinois State Redbirds 78-66 on Tuesday. The Hilltoppers improved to 4-1 with the win and the Redbirds fell to 2-4.
