Sisters Fall Street Festival to go on as planned, with some changes
The Sept. 5-6 festival will have some changes: mandatory mask wearing, social distanced booths and a sign-in sheet for contact tracing. Richard Esterman, the event's coordinator, told NewsChannel 21 he wanted to go through with the event for its vendors.
