Lunar New Year shooting won’t stop COCC celebration

Despite the tragedy in Monterey Park, California, the Asian Cultures Club at Central Oregon Community College still plans on celebrating the Lunar New Year on Thursday from 4-8 p.m. at the residence kitchen in Wickiup Hall.
