Deer with net tangled in antlers sparks concern in Bend; ODFW seeks location tips

A buck with what appears to be a volleyball net badly wrapped around its antlers has been spotted by several worried Bend residents; ODFW is trying to locate the deer and would appreciate any tips from the public on its location.
