Oregon Red Cross disaster official heads east to help Hurricane Helene victims

Jonathan Seibert, regional disaster officer with the Red Cross Cascades Region, headed to Florida ahead of Hurricane Helene to assist with evacuations and now is running two shelters in Burnsville, North Carolina.
