From Sun to Shiver: Central Oregon Drops to Mid-20s Tonight

KTVZ-TV

As of 4:00 PM this Saturday, Central Oregon is seeing the clouds break for mostly sunny skies as we head toward evening.

According to the latest National Weather Service update for Bend, Redmond, Madras, and Prineville, temperatures are currently peaking in the upper 50s to lower 60s.

If you’re heading out, expect a steady northwest breeze between 5 and 15 mph through the evening before winds die down later tonight.

Looking ahead, skies will stay mostly clear overnight, leading to a chilly drop with lows reaching the mid to upper 20s.

It’s a great evening to wrap up outdoor plans before the frost sets in, but the good news is that Sunday promises more of the same with mostly sunny skies and comfortable highs returning to the mid 50s to low 60s.
