Junior Forecaster: Charlotte loves to ski and forecasts a chance of … candy!

Charlotte, this week's Junior Forecaster, is a fifth-grade student at Christian Academy in Redmond. When not at school, Charlotte enjoys heading up to Mt. Bachelor for some skiing in the winter months. She does have a special forecast which involves candy. She would like to forecast a chance for some candy and that the candy that does fall from the ski is free.
