Junior Forecaster: Rylan, an artist and forecaster

BEND, Ore. (KTVZ) -- Our Junior Forecaster is Rylan, who is in second grade at Pine Ridge Elementary. She enjoys riding her scooter on a sunny day and is very good at it as well. She also has great skill as an artist. Rylan loves to draw her characters "freehand" and is quite an accomplished illustrator.
