Junior Forecaster: Local artist Reina forecasts the weather

BEND, Ore. (KTVZ) -- Our Junior Forecaster is an artist who is in the process of creating a "toon game" for folks to enjoy.

Reina is a fifth-grade student at Pine Ridge Elementary and enjoys the sunshine more than the rain.

When it is sunny out, one of her favorite hobbies is playing on the swings at the local playground. She also enjoys taking hikes with her dog in the neighborhood.
