Junior Forecaster: Bennett enjoys the weather on the soccer pitch

BEND, Ore. (KTVZ) -- This week's Junior Forecaster, Bennett, is a seventh-grade student at Obsidian Middle School in Redmond and is an avid soccer player. The position he plays the most is left defensive back, but sometimes moves up to forward to get in on the scoring.

As far as the weather goes, Bennett likes the heat, and prefers to play when it is hot, but is thankful that as the game moves along, the temperatures cool down a bit.

Another way he likes to cool off is heading to one of our many lakes in the region. Another favorite activity is hanging out with his friends at the park, probably in the shade. Thanks for helping with the weather, and enjoying the warmth of the summer!
