Junior Forecaster: Carter is a fan of snowboarding and math

BEND, Ore. (KTVZ) -- Carter is heading into fourth grade at Jewell Elementary School this fall and is looking forward to getting back to his math classes. As an extra bonus, Carter showed off his awesome dance moves, as you can see from his introduction on the video.

Carter has a great time in the winter riding the snow on his snowboard at either Mt. Bachelor or Hoodoo Mountain. He is also a big fan of the weather and loves to check out the clouds each day. He prefers to check out the white and puffy clouds, but is not afraid of the stormy clouds either. He does want everyone to know that it is important to stay safe in a storm.
