Junior Forecaster: Selah is fascinated by thunderstorms

BEND, Ore. (KTVZ) -- Our Junior Forecaster this week, Selah, is interested in science and weather. She also enjoys the rumble of thunder from time to time and is not scared of the lightning - she's fascinated by it! Selah showed her love of lightning by wearing her cool lightning bolt earrings.

Selah is heading into fourth grade at Trinity Lutheran School in a couple of weeks, and although summer is coming to a close, she is looking forward to heading back to school.

According to Selah, Central Oregon is forecast to get into the mid-90s over the weekend, and one way she will beat the heat is to hit the pool. That is some great advice!
